My own journey started with a simple but life-changing realization: nothing about us is truly fixed. Who we become is not only shaped by talent or limitations, but by the habits we repeat every day. And that means we have the power to change.

This shifted everything for me. I kept thinking about how many people could live fuller, longer, more energized lives if they simply believed they could and had the tools to bring that vision to life.
